Forbesy Hub uses two types of cookies. We only set optional cookies after you click Accept on the consent banner.
Essential cookies
These are strictly necessary for the hub to work. They handle your sign-in session and keep you securely logged in. We cannot turn them off, and they do not require your consent under PECR.

Optional analytics cookies
If you click Accept, we load PostHog to understand how people use the hub — which pages are visited, where things go wrong, and how we can improve. All data is processed on PostHog's EU cloud (no US transfer). PostHog sets its own cookies to track sessions and pageviews.
If you are signed in as a member of staff, the analytics we collect are linked to your staff account number — not your name or email address — so we can tell how many of the team are actually using the app rather than how many phones have opened it. Nobody outside Forbesy can turn that number back into a person.
We do not sell your data or share it with any advertising platform.
Session replay
If you accept analytics cookies, PostHog also records a session replay — a reconstruction of how pages were used, showing taps, scrolling, navigation and page layout.
All text on the page, and anything typed into a form, is masked in your browser before the recording is sent. A replay shows where someone tapped and how they moved through the hub — not what was written on screen and not what they typed.
Pages that display children's or family information are excluded from recording entirely, not merely masked. That covers the registers, bookings, day sheets and the parent area.
Replays are processed on PostHog's EU cloud and deleted after 30 days. Rejecting analytics cookies means no replay is recorded at all.
Changing your choice
Your preference is stored as cookie_consent in your browser's local storage (not a cookie itself). To change your mind:
